HES had a terrific summer! The students and staff did an amazing job. The kids made bird feeders, completed a rocket STEM project with Miss Shelby and Miss Megan from the K-State Extension, and Miss Susan came to read stories, play games, make crafts, and brought some baby bunnies. The students had a great time celebrating their last day at the pool! (Part 3) #GameOnRailers

Reminder there is no weight room or athletic activities next week. Enjoy the 4th of July week!! We are so proud of the efforts our athletes are putting in this summer. See you back July 10th.

HS Football athletes:
(July 10th- 17th) will be our summer install camp for football. That camp will run from 7-9:30 AM Monday through Friday. In this camp we will be installing and setting the groundwork for this coming season.
This camp will be highly encouraged so we can hit the ground running at the start of camp as we will be installing a whole new play calling system and offense and going over defensive responsibilities and coverages on the defensive side of the ball.
Athletes are encouraged to ask off of work for that time so we can maximize the amount of people and learn as much as possible.
Thank you and have a wonderful Fourth of July weekend!

A huge thank you to Herington Alumni Association, Dirks electric, GK construction, Larry Rowe, Ben Meyer, and IServe for making the addition of this digital sign happen for USD 487!!!
