HHS Student of the Month - Aidan Thibodeau Aidan is the son of Amy and Patrick Thibodeau. Aidan believes he was chosen because “I’m pretty reliable and I’ve been working hard this past month to get everything done for HOSA and FBLA. I pretty much get along with everyone and always try to have a positive mindset. One thing I enjoy is being involved within the school and community and I try to help out however I can.” Aidan is a sophomore at Herington, who involves himself in: HOSA, FBLA, Forensics, Scholars’ Bowl, Cheer, Class Officer and Drama. Mrs. Beye believes Aidan received student of the month because “he goes the extra mile in the classroom and organizations to set himself apart from others. He spends the extra time that is needed to be great! Last summer when he placed at National FBLA Contest he spent countless hours to make that happen. Aidan also is very unselfish and is willing to help others around him become great as well!” Congratulations, Aidan!

The middle school staff members chose 7th grader, Gage Billinger as the March HMS Student of the Month. Gage participates in football, basketball, student council, band, swim team, track, archery, and quiz bowl. Gage feels that he was chosen as the student of the month because he is respectful to his teachers and peers. He helps other students when they need help, and he follows the Railway expectations. Gage is the son of Sherri and Jeff Casto.
