Did you know that HHS now has a competing E-Sports League? Which is a highly competitive video game competition league. Dylan Felpel has won his first match in the game “Hearthstone.” Holden Coffman, Kayland Alexander, Joseph Pavich, and Jameson Davis have also won their first match in “Rocket League.” Others competing are Craig Rutschman, Victor Sanchez, and Brett Coupe in “Fortnite.”
Mr. Hirsch is coaching this terrific new “sport.” Colleges have even contacted our members with interest!

Congratulations to the Lady Railers on their 2nd Place finish in the Cougar Classic. Nice job, Ladies!

Miss Fegan’s first grade class presented thank you cards to our wonderful secretaries because of all the help that they provide. Mrs. Hilliard (substituting for Mrs. Staatz) and Mrs. Floyd are so deserving! #growinglearners

Mrs. Beames’ fifth grade students working hard on understanding the author’s point of view this afternoon! #growinglearners

A favorite activity in Mrs. Gutsch's third grade is MARSH-iplication. Using marshmallows, fruit loops, and toothpicks, students practice making models of equal groups. They then determine the repeated addition equation as well as the multiplication statement. This is a fun way to begin learning multiplication facts. The best part is eating the models when finished! #growinglearners

McKenzie Shippy submitted a video for a scholarship. Good work McKenzie. You have taken lots of opportunities to put yourself ahead of the game! Best of Luck!

The Cougar Classic will be held Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The schedule is adjusted due to the weather. Tuesday schedule is as posted.

Lainey Monnington is the daughter of Trampus Monnington and Nicole and Chris Will.
Lainey thinks that she was selected due to the fact that she is hard working, respectful and asks
questions.
Throughout high school, she has participated in FBLA, HOSA, NHS, FFA, Band and Scholar’s Bowl.
Mrs. Vinduska believes that Lainey was selected
because she is involved in numerous organizations, is a classroom leader and exhibits excellent
character.
Congratulations, Lainey!
