The middle school staff members chose 7th grader, Lucas Vinduska, as the January Student of the Month. Lucas participates in band, basketball, and swim team. Lucas believes he was chosen as student of the month because he has set a goal for himself to be a better student and he works hard daily to reach that goal. He also believes he tries his best to help others as much as he can.
Lucas is the son of Laura and Bob Vinduska.

Herington USD 487 is accepting applications for a Daily Route Bus Driver. Activity Trips may also be available. The District will help you obtain a CDL License, if you don’t have one.
