Today was the HHS Forensics team’s first tournament! Everyone did such a great job at Newton today. Scores were so close and they competed against some incredibly competitive teams! The only event to break finals was the IDA team of Ethan Urbanek and Henry Nelson. They ended up getting first place!!! That means they have qualified for state forensics in May! Coaches Hirsch and Rookstool are very proud of the team today after technical difficulties and tough competitions. “We are so excited for a fantastic season!!!” If you are interested when tournaments are or the results from them, go to the following website: https://sites.google.com/usd487.org/heringtonhighschooldrama/forensics?authuser=0 The next tournament is February 8th in Hillsboro.
