6th grade MTSS learned how to “Tie a Tie” with Mrs. Mein.
There will be a parent meeting for the HMS Volleyball Team at 5:30 pm on Thursday August 22nd. The meeting will take place in the HMS gym.

After prom fundraiser
Cross Country practice will start Monday at 3:40pm at the track. Athletes should have running shoes, appropriate running attire, and a water bottle. Practice will run about 1 hour. A 10 minute parent meeting will take place after practice at 5pm. Please email kcolle@usd487.org for questions or info if you can’t make the meeting.
Thank you to everyone in our Railer community who attended our Parent Info/Back-To-School Night events this evening. We hope you are as excited to come to school as we are to have you there! A few MS & HS teachers will need to rest early after all the ice cream scooping they did tonight. Thanks again, and we will see you in the morning!
HES Families: We are excited for the Railers to return for the 24-25 school year! We have our Back to School Night this evening from 6:30-8:00. Feel free to “come and go” during this time frame and we will have an ice cream social outside the main HHS entrance from 7:15-8:00. Students can meet their teacher, find their locker/desk, pick-up some hand-outs, and drop off supplies. K-5 parents can check their student’s Skyward Parent Portal for transportation information (route number, stop location, pick-up time). We will also have this information available at Back to School Night. We are still working on finalizing our Little Railers Preschool Routes.

Thursday night, August 15th at 7:00 p.m. we will have a parent informational meeting in the elementary cafeteria. If you have questions or concerns you can contact Ryan Batchman.
Attention all HHS Football Players and Parents/Guardians:
We will have a preseason meeting for players and parents/guardians at 6:30PM Monday, August 12th to go over season standards and procedures on things like practice, games, travel, absences, etc. for the season once practice starts on August 19th.
This meeting will be essential for communication and helping the season run smoothly.
