NEWS ON SUMMER WORKOUTS!
We apologize for late notice on that but if there has been anything we have learned the last couple months we have to be able to go with the flow. So we have word that we may begin Summer Workouts June 1. This is going to happen in Phases and information will be posted as we know it. What we need to know right now by 4:00 pm tomorrow is who is planning to attend summer workouts the next two weeks. Phase 1 is a time for us to spend with the athlete getting them acclimated to working out again before we get into the weight room. Therefore, June 1st - June 12th will be spent outside in groups of 9 doing workouts. High School Football 6:30-7:30 am, All High School Girls 7:45-8:45 am, and MS Girl/Boys and High School Boys not playing football will be from 9:00-10:00 am. The next two weeks we will be having the first two sessions Monday-Friday. Junior High will only be Monday-Thursday. What we need now is a list of who plans to start workouts on Monday. It is important to know that you need 10 days in before you can be in the weight room. Therefore, please plan to commit to the next 10 days of outside workouts. We will take the list and break it into groups this weekend. Please check back often to see the group, location and coach you are with. We will also post important guidelines on how we plan to social distance as we go. Please open the following link and sign up. More information to follow.
